With Father’s Day on Sunday I thought I’d highlight a father and son. This week our Pick is Josh White’s great album of blues and ballads from 1947 (78 Rpm). Along with this we have Josh White Jr. with his album Almost Alone. It is easy to see that musical talent is inherited.
This week, since we are fully into baseball season; I’m highlighting something that I’ve had for a little while. It’s a cool, customizable, special edition Major League Baseball Monopoly game. It features changeable property cards, board and cool oversized custom baseball themed tokens. What a great way to keep the fun of baseball season alive all year long.
This week for the “Pick” I want to highlight all of the Fiesta ware and Harlequin that I have been finding lately. There are many pieces in a few different colors. Highlights include Cinnabar cups and saucers, Pink dinner plates and cups and a few nice Harlequin pieces. Some of which are pictured. Now is a great time to replace those broken pieces. Or even start a collection of your own.
